For NBA Yaoi: No Top/Seme Steph. I’m very picky about other Bron yaoi aside from BronSteph bc it depends. Also no bottom Austin or bottom Kyrie sorry.White Background is default; but you can choose a different solid color / have it as a transparent PNG. I also usually copy the main image on a lower opacity for the BG & add small minor elements like hearts. If you don’t want this let me know. A specific drawn background ie bedroom, a scene, or other illustration counts as a Complex BG.Prices listed are the base price for 1 character. Additional Characters are +80% of base price. You can calculate the possible total by taking the listed price and multiplying it by 0.8, and adding that number to the listed base price.Prices listed are for Personal use only. For Monetized Commercial use, it would be 2x the total price of entire commission (ex: instead of $45, it would be $90). For Monetized Merchandise use, it would be 3x the total (ex: instead of $45, it would be $135). Please see TOS for in depth details of the differences between each license agreement.

Terms of Service
• Full payment upfront via PayPal, USD only. I’ll only start on your order once paid, and give you a timeline of what to expect.• I will only refund if I decide to drop an order / am unable to finish after a month. If I haven’t started, you’ll get a Full Refund; otherwise if I have done the sketch already or worked any further, you’ll be refunded based on how much I’ve yet to complete.• Turnaround time depends on client's availability to give feedback, commission complexity, and my schedule. I usually take ~3 weeks. Please note I have IRL matters to attend to so things might be delayed at points, but please allow orders a 1 month deadline from payment. I'll notify in advance if I have to pause the commission progress for any particular reason. A Rush fee is available but depends on due date and can range anywhere from an increase of +25% to +100% to the total price.• Changes may only be made during the sketch drafting process. Pose and composition cannot be changed after sketch is approved. After sketch is approved, you will have 1 Free Minor Revision. Anymore is an extra cost, especially further into finishing it / bigger changes. I will send updates, and If I have any questions I’ll reach out to you.• NBA Yaoi: Any attempt to turn the commissioned asset into the opposite dynamic that I specifically listed I won’t do, and wasn’t agreed upon, results into an automatic block and blacklisting. Example: advertising or using BronSteph comm work for Top Steph x Bottom Bron, etc. Please just be upfront and state before hand your intentions and inquiry, and any questions regarding ship dynamics I’ll be open to drawing, in the Google form.• I don’t post any commissions on kingchefyaoi unless it’s bronsteph or ukesteph or cool Bron art lol sorry i like to keep things focused. But I will retweet if you post it yourself. I regularly turn notifs off though so feel free to send the post to me to rt if I don’t see it.
Available Usage Licenses
As the artist, I retain the copyright and can use these comms as future examples. If posted publicly you must credit me. You cannot claim that you drew the commission, or use it in any relation to NFTs or Generative AI. Personal use commissions are not allowed for re-selling merchandise rights, and you may not alter it unless given permission. Please see available usage licenses below. Any questions just ask.Unauthorized monetized commercial and monetized merchandise use is strictly forbidden.
PERSONAL / INDIVIDUAL USEIndividual Non-Commercial use onlyCreation and distribution of digital or physical (ie. print) end products for personal enjoyment, shared to non-commercial social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee, is allowed. MONETIZED COMMERCIAL USEFor Content Creators, Businesses, and advertising Legal EntitiesCreation and distribution of digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Business / Licensee. If it involves advertising or monetary gain, it’s commercial.Aka using this for twitch or youtube assets like thumbnails, or advertising promotion artwork or graphics, for official accounts, etc.
MONETIZED MERCHANDISE USEFor those who want to create, promote, or re-sell their own monetized digital/physical products made with the commissioned asset.Creation and distribution of promotional or value-add or derivative digital/physical end products made with the commissioned asset by the Licensee.Essentially any use of the asset for re-sale items for monetary gain. Mugs, shirts keychains, books covers, merch, etc.
Process
• You must have reference pictures of what you want (character / pose / concept) drawn. I will not draw characters or poses out of thin air. If you want me to capture a person’s likeness and they’re not a celebrity I can look up references for, have multiple pictures of their face in different or any helpful angles relevant to the comm. Please give me a CLEAR specific idea of what you want with the appropriate references, and have an idea prepared of what you want me to draw.• Through the Google form, send me a message of your request & commission type. If I decline / am uncomfortable with a prompt you may change it & send another.• If I accept it, I will ask for your PayPal email to send the invoice to. I will start working on the sketch proof once paid in full, and I will send progress pic/s.• You will receive a watermarked png you can post + unwatermarked png of the final Comm through a Google Folder.If you’ve read everything, had a look at the prices, & are interested in commissioning me / have decided what you want in mind, please fill out the Google Form Inquiry.
